1. About these terms

This website is operated by Be Ready Education Pty Ltd trading as Lovhana ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing lovhana.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use is your own or that you are authorised to use it.

3. Products, pricing and availability

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
"RRP" means the recommended retail price — the usual price at which the product is offered before any discount. Savings shown are calculated against the RRP.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, dimensions and materials accurately. Screen calibration varies, and minor variation in handmade or woven items is normal and not a defect.
Stock is not reserved until checkout is complete. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.
We may limit or refuse quantities, and may decline orders that appear to be for resale.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.

We may cancel an order and refund you if we suspect fraud, an unauthorised payment method, or a breach of these terms.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes, costs and carrier arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Your return rights are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or the purchase of a product is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.

8. Product use and safety

Our products are for ordinary domestic use. Please follow any weight limits, installation instructions and care instructions supplied with the item. Adhesive and no-drill products depend on surface type and preparation; we are not liable for damage caused by installation on unsuitable surfaces or by exceeding stated load limits.

Keep small parts and packaging away from children.

9. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with its operation or security, infringe anyone's rights, or for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product photography, layout, logos and the Lovhana name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or off-topic.

13. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Material changes take effect when posted.
